ToolzyPro (ToolzyPro) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. In short: we collect almost nothing.

Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Personal identification information (name, email, phone, address)
  • User accounts or authentication data
  • Files you process with our tools (images, PDFs, text, etc.)
  • Generated content (passwords, QR codes, calculations, conversions)
  • Usage analytics or tracking data
  • IP addresses beyond what's required for basic server operation
  • Cookies for tracking or advertising (only essential cookies for functionality)

How Our Tools Work (Client-Side Processing)

All ToolzyPro tools run entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. This means:

  • Files you select (images, PDFs) are read by your browser locally
  • Processing (compression, conversion, calculation) happens on your device
  • Results are generated and downloaded directly from your browser
  • No data is transmitted to our servers at any point

You can verify this by opening your browser's developer tools (Network tab) and observing that no file uploads occur when using our tools.

Information We May Collect

The only data our servers may log is standard web server access logs, which may include:

  • Request timestamp
  • Requested URL path
  • HTTP status code
  • User agent string (browser type)
  • Referrer (if provided by browser)

These logs are used solely for server health monitoring, security, and debugging. They are not used for user tracking, profiling, or analytics.

Cookies

ToolzyPro uses only essential cookies:

  • Cookie consent: Remembers your cookie preference (accepted/declined)

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting tool functionality.

Third-Party Services

ToolzyPro does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external requests made by the application are:

  • Google Fonts (Inter): Loaded via fonts.googleapis.com for typography (can be self-hosted)
  • PDF.js Worker: Loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com for PDF processing
  • Google AdSense (optional): Only if enabled by the site owner with a valid publisher ID

These services have their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Since we don't collect your files or personal data, there's nothing to retain. Server access logs are rotated and deleted according to standard hosting provider policies (typically 30-90 days).

Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the right to:

  • Access any personal data we hold about you (we hold none)
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability

Since we don't collect personal data, most of these rights are automatically satisfied.

Children's Privacy

ToolzyPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
